Tenure Track or Tenured Professor in Economics

The Department of Economics of Boston College seeks candidates for several tenure-track/tenured positions at the assistant, associate, or full professor level beginning in September 2015. We are open to applications in all fields, but especially: international finance, labor economics, econometrics, and environmental economics. Candidates will teach in the undergraduate and Ph.D. programs in Economics. Applicants should be committed to teaching and research of the highest quality.

Assistant/Associate Professor of the Practice in Economics

The Department of Economics of Boston College is seeking candidates for a full-time non-tenure track position in economics in any field beginning September 2015. These are renewable long-term (at least 3 years) positions. Completed PhD and exceptional undergraduate teaching experience of at least five years is required. Candidates will be expected to play a full role in the undergraduate program including active supervision of senior theses and undergraduate advisement. Applicants should be committed to teaching of the highest quality. Desirable fields are principles of economics (especially macro), statistics and econometrics.
