Barry Schaudt, announcing the policy, looks for “reasonableness” concerns.  FTCs asked to poll colleagues.

ITC proposes to: Expire the password on each birthday; expect employees to change password one month (30 days) before birthday;  reminders sent 30 days and 7 days prior to birthday;  if the password expires, reset in the same manner as if forgotten:

Online Reset:  Click “Forgot Password” or “Trouble Logging In”, and follow the prompts OR

By phone: Call BC Help Center at 617-552-HELP.  Password reset available 24/7 through HELP Center.
