1. Rita Owens spoke in the spirit of Provost Garza’s call for expansion of the use of technology for student/faculty interaction. In her Ppt presentation: what other schools are doing; examples from other institutions as well as IDeT capabilities; call for some projects to develop by “affinity groups”, programs, schools, etc.

ITC proposes to: Expire the password on each birthday; expect employees to change password one month (30 days) before birthday; reminders sent 30 days and 7 days prior to birthday; if the password expires, reset in the same manner as if forgotten:

3. LMS Selection Process (stakeholder vetting) Dates for the Spring – Tuesday, January 29 will be our usual meeting in 2125 Commonwealth Avenue

Thursday, January 31st from 4:30 - 7:00 pm (dinner will be served); or

Friday, February 1st from 9:30 am - noon (breakfast will be served)
