(2011, submitted). When the multilevel model is a multivariate response longitudinal model the approach is related to Granger causality (Granger, 1969). {pstd}The commands run with estimates from {cmd:runmlwin} or chains from {cmd:runmlwin} by {cmd:mcmcsum} (Leckie and Charlton, 2011), {cmd:xtmixed}, {cmd:xtmelogit}, and {cmd:xtmepoisson}. {marker references}{...} {title:References} {phang}Granger CWJ. 1969.
