The Department is housed on the fourth floor of the 21 Campanella Way building (marked as "New Administration Building-under construction" on the map) on the Lower Campus of Boston College, adjacent to Conte Forum and the Flynn Recreation Complex. The building is close to the St. Thomas More Road campus entrance from Commonwealth Avenue in Boston and Newton, and the MBTA's Green Line Boston College terminus. Visitor parking (fee for more than two hours) is available in the Beacon Street garage or adjacent Commonwealth Avenue garage (after 2:00 PM). From the Beacon Street garage, walk by Alumni Stadium and the side of Conte Forum, and the building will be straight ahead. A bridge links the fifth floor of the Commonwealth Avenue garage, the O'Neill Library atrium, and the fourth floor of the building. From the Commonwealth Avenue garage (5th floor), walk by the library and go over the bridge to the building.
From the lower campus roadway, enter the building and take any elevator to the fourth floor. There is a campus telephone and department telephone directory in the elevator lobby for after-hours and weekend access. Enter the fourth floor and proceed to the department staff area. From the Middle Campus, walk through the O'Neill Library atrium and cross the bridge to the building. You will be on the fourth floor.
