Three additions to the company of scholars

The latest additions to the department's roster of Ph.D.s are Isaiah Hull, a native of USA, Xiaoping Chen, a native of China, and Kwok Ho Chan, a native of Hong Hong, who defended on 16, 24 and 26 April, respectively. Hull wrote "Essays in Computational Macroeconomics and Finance," advised by Prof. Peter Ireland. He has accepted a position with Sveriges Riksbank, the Swedish central bank. Chen wrote "A Team-Production Approach to Wages, Employment, and Trade," advised by Prof. James Anderson. He has accepted a position at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Chan wrote "Essays on Family Economics," advised by Prof. Don Cox. Our congratulations to Dr. Hull, Dr. Chen and Dr. Chan.
