The latest addition to the department's roster of Ph.D.s is Massimo Giovannini, a native of Italy, who defended his dissertation on 27 July. He wrote "Essays on Credit Frictions and Incomplete Markets", advised by Profs. Peter Ireland and Matteo Iacoviello. He is presently a Research Fellow at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan.
