The latest addition to the department's roster of Ph.D.s is Baris Yoruk, a native of Turkey, who defended on 27 June. He wrote "Three Essays on the Economics of Charitable Giving: Implications for Fundraising and Public Policy Towards the Non-Profit Sector," advised by Prof. Donald Cox.
