The latest additions to the department's roster of Ph.D.s is Taesu Kang, a native of Republic of Korea, who defended his dissertation on 6 June. He wrote "Essays in Macroeconomics with Frictions and Uncertainty Shocks," advised by Prof. Fabio Ghironi. He has returned to a position at the Bank of Korea. Our congratulations to Dr. Kang.
