Some guidelines for preparing your manuscript for binding:
a. Keep your title confined in length so that it can fit on the spine of the binding. Please remember: the dissertation abstract summarizes the intent of your research; the title need only indicate the general subject area.
b. Please keep a margin of one and one-half inches on the left hand side to allow for binding.
c. Make certain that the numeric sequence is correct.
d. Specify binding instructions and color for personal copies.
e. Dissertations with photos or unusual bulk may cost extra.
