Description
effmenu2 is the command-line version of effmenu1, and is used for estimating effects from a command-line.
Options
res response variable typ type of response (metric/binary/failure/count) exp exposure variable summary summary required according to type of response binary: pd/pr/or (standing for difference/ratio of proportions/odds rat > io) metric: md/mr (standing for difference of means/ratio of means) failure: rd/rr (standing for difference of rates/ratio of rates) count: rd/rr (standing for difference of rates/ratio of rates) WARNING: when selecting pd, pr, or rd, there may be problems in convergence with some data sets. mod modifying variable fup variable containing follow-up time pery for use with differences of rates (per #), default 1000 perc for use with differences of proportions, default 100 peru for use with effects of metric exposures (per unit of exposure), def > ault 1 mcc when study is matched case-control mvar matched set identifier for matched case-control studies base base-line for categorical exposures, default 1 exm when exposure is metric mom when modifier is metric showat values at which to display predicted effects for metric modifiers con list of variables to be controlled for met list of control variables which are metric verbose for more detail in the output level level for confidence intervals
When either the exposure or modifier is categorical, a maximum of 15 values is > allowed.
