A meeting of several members of the RePEc Team was held in Baldwinsville, New York, on 2-5 May 2002, graciously hosted by Prof. Bill Goffe of SUNY at Oswego. His guests included:
Kit Baum (Boston College), José Manuel Barrueco Cruz (University of Valencia), Thomas Krichel (Long Island University), Christian Zimmermann (UQÀM)
Our efforts to hold a teleconference with Ivan Kurmanov in Belarus were not successful (well, he could hear us, but...)
Bill Goffe and Thomas laugh over Bill's monologue beamed to Belarus during one last attempt during the dinner hour...
Christian and Bill chortle while Thomas packs into an excellent shrimp fettucine...
Bill has taken up plumbing, and discovers that that propane blowtorch is just the ticket for caramelizing crème brulée...
The RePEc Team made considerable progress in defining the next steps for development of HoPEc, NEP and other RePEc initiatives
at the Baldwinsville meeting. Those initiatives will be presented on the RePEc home page as they evolve.
