Announcing the inauguration of

The BC Graduate Statistical Assistant Program

In Fall 2000, an initial cadre of three GSAs will assist faculty and advanced graduate students with the use of statistical packages, database access and conversion methods, and resolution of statistical programming problems. The GSAs will help construct a cumulative base of web-based documentation to assist users with packages, databases, and web-based resources for statistical computing.

Please help us identify enthusiastic, qualified candidates for this program. Successful applicants will provide an average of 12.5 hours per week of service from mid-August through mid-June and will receive a competitive stipend, full tuition remission, and great experience.
